About our Cornhole Bags

Sam's Cornhole Bags opened in 2012 in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley. A tale as American as they come; two friends started sewing cornhole bags in their basement and made a website to sell them. Within a year, Sam's Cornhole Bags was expanding into a larger store in downtown Harrisonburg and hiring staff to work every day. Since then we have sold tens of thousands of cornhole bag sets to every US state and territory.

Every set of cornhole bags shipped from Sam's Cornhole Bags is made entirely in the USA with hand-made detail. Each bag consists of durable, American-made cotton duck canvas filled with American-grown whole kernel corn. Our staff consists of friends and family who are paid a fair wage for the cornhole bags they produce. We keep all products in stock so your order ships promptly, with the exception of multi-color cornhole bags which are made to order.

Following the guidelines recommended by the American Cornhole Association, each bag weighs between 15-16 ounces and is approximately 6" x 6" in size. Our Cornhole bags are not double-sided; same fabric on both sides. In addition to the strong duck cloth, we double-stitch or industrially serge the seams of all cornhole bags to ensure they can withstand game after game. Because we use real corn in our bags, we recommend storing our cornhole bags in a cool, dry, ventilated environment. While they may store for longer, cornhole bags should be removed from their sealed packaging within 3-6 months of order date.

Our cornhole bags contain no trademarked logos, team names or insignia, and are not licensed products of the NFL, NHL, MLB or NCAA.
